felix

Sydney-based sculptor Felix Feneley works in both abstract and figurative forms, creating pieces that feel simultaneously industrial and organic. His inspiration comes from natural and man-made disasters, building demolitions, and the physical gestures of dancers and boxers.

This photographic portrait was created as a documentary collaboration—observing Felix in his studio, surrounded by raw materials, unfinished works, and quiet focus. I’m interested in capturing artists within their environments—how they move, think, and work. This series is part of a growing body of work documenting creative practice, and I welcome similar commissions from other artists or institutions.
